1 organic yellow onion, chopped
5 organic celery stalks, chopped
2 heads organic baby bok choy, chopped
1 organic zucchini, chopped
3 scoops of Ancient Nutrition Turmeric Bone Broth Protein in 36oz water, or 4 cups of chicken bone broth
1/4 tsp organic white pepper
1/4 tsp organic cilantro, dried
1/4 tsp organic garlic powder
1/4 tsp organic parsley, dried
Dash of sea salt
1 tbsp organic olive oil
2oz raw apple cider vinegar
Bring hot water or broth to a boil
Combine all ingredients adding Bone Broth Protein first, vegetables, and then herbs.
Lower heat and cook for 20-30min
Let sit on simmer and serve!
*Note: Feel free to adjust vegetable variety to what you can source locally!
May substitute bone broth for vegan veggie broth if desired.
