Tiger Nut Trail Mix

Ingredients:

1 5-oz bag Supreme Peeled Tiger Nuts

1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Sweetened Dried Sour Red Cherries

1/2 cup Shiloh Farms Dried Cranberries

1/2 cup Let’s Do…Organic Toasted Coconut Flakes

1 tsp tiger nut oil (or any mild vegetable or nut oil)

1/4 tsp Frontier Co-op Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Instructions:

Combine the tiger nuts, cherries, cranberries, and coconut in a medium-size bowl. Toss with the oil, then sprinkle with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and sesame seeds. Mix well and enjoy!
